Adapting to the times: here’s how we can help you during COVID-19

With the situation surrounding COVID-19 changing daily, we know it is an unsettling time for many. We would like to reassure our clients that we are here to help as much as we can during this period. In order to promote our clients’ and team’s safety, we are adapting in the following ways…

 

Video meetings

We are now able to virtually meet customers using video calls. If you’re looking for financial advice, mortgage expertise or business financial planning support, we are happy to have a discussion with you remotely. As always, we would be pleased to answer any questions you have about your finances or arrange an appointment for you.

 

Our office

Our office currently remains open however we are not inviting clients to face-to-face meetings at this time.

 

Staff working from home

We are in the process of ensuring our team members can work from home where possible. Team members will still be pleased to speak to clients over the phone or video call no matter where they are working from.
