1. Client surveys
The easiest way to find out what our clients think of us and how we can improve our service is to ask them directly. That’s why we run a regular survey for all our clients.
The results of our 2023 survey were overwhelmingly positive, with 97.87% of people saying that working with us has helped or will help them achieve their financial goals.
Additionally, 97.92% of those surveyed said they would recommend us to friends, family, or colleagues, and 69.23% had done so in the 12 months before completing the survey.
We also asked our clients to tell us what they thought the biggest benefits of working with us are. Some of the responses included:

2. Online reviews
Google reviews are an excellent resource that give more power to consumers. Many of us use them as the first port of call when deciding whether we want to deal with a business, as all the reviews are created by people with first-hand experience of working with the company.

4. Charity referral scheme
Our charity referral scheme is designed to encourage people to recommend us to friends, family, and colleagues, and raise money for important causes at the same time.
We donate £50 to York Against Cancer for every new meeting that comes from a recommendation, even if that person doesn’t become a client.
Currently, we have raised over £1,000 through this scheme. These donations allow York Against Cancer to continue their vital work supporting patients in the local community.
