Introducing the new “My Ardent” tab on our website

The Ardent website is undergoing some important changes we wanted to inform you about so you can continue to access all your tools quickly and easily.

Currently, when you visit out site, you can manage your account from the “Client Login” tab.

However, we will soon replace the “Client Login” tab with a new “My Ardent” tab.

In this one convenient location, you’ll find several important sections of the website:

  • The Personal Finance Portal (PFP)
  • Nucleus Go
  • P1 Platform

These tools allow you to manage your financial plan and view up-to-date insights from the comfort of your own home.

The Personal Finance Portal gathers vital information about your financial plan in one place

The PFP – now under the My Ardent tab – is your personal dashboard for managing your financial plan.

Here you’ll find information about your:

  • Pensions
  • Savings
  • Investments
  • Protection

You can also use the PFP to communicate with us securely and send sensitive documents relating to your finances. We recommend using this channel to protect yourself from scams and give you peace of mind when sending personal information.

Nucleus Go and P1 Platform allow you to track your investments whenever you like

You may want to check the progress of your investments from time to time, especially during periods of market volatility.

We recommend taking a long-term approach to investments and not worrying too much about short-term fluctuations. However, seeing how your portfolio is performing may provide reassurance during periods of volatility.

Nucleus Go and P1 Platform, which will now be found under the My Ardent tab, allow you to track your portfolio easily.
