Donna is our Client Experience Lead, working closely with both clients and the Ardent team to ensure an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Her role includes organising client meetings and events, handling enquiries, managing our client systems and continually looking for ways to improve the client journey.

When not at work Donna enjoys sunny days with the family and walking Jarvis the dog who also happens to be the office dog! Keen horse rider, a hobby she shares with her daughter, and loves watching her son play football….which is a lot!
