Helping shape the next generation

Financial planning has traditionally been a male-dominated profession, and we are keen to encourage more women to consider it as a career. Through our training scheme, we provide opportunities for people to build successful long-term careers in the sector.

Sarah Hall joined Ardent in October 2025 as a trainee Financial Planner and is currently working towards her qualifications. Here’s what her experience has been like so far:

I joined Ardent as a career-changer with no previous experience in Financial Services. Ardent had immediately stood out to me as an employer because the company values – clearly identifiable on the website – aligned closely with my own.
