You may have seen our previous communications about plans to move Ardent to a new location. This was a key part of our continued growth and commitment to providing an exceptional experience for clients.

We are delighted to share that we officially moved to our new office on 24 June, and you can now find us at Colonia House, Floor 2, 16 Toft Green, YO1 6JT.

The firm relocated from its current premises on Clifton Green to a larger, more modern office at Colonia House, Toft Green, creating a more accessible space and supporting the future expansion of the business.

The new office has been designed to offer improved meeting facilities, enhanced accessibility, and a comfortable space where clients can discuss their financial plans with confidence.

Our meeting rooms reflect the rich history of York through the ages

Having more meeting rooms in our new office means we can host you in a dedicated space where you can take the time you need to discuss your financial plan.

These rooms also feature large screens for displaying visuals of your cashflow forecasts, pensions, and investments, making it easier for your financial planner to communicate your position clearly.

When naming our meeting rooms, we wanted something that reflected York and its rich history, as the city is important to us. We settled on the different names the city has had throughout its history, from the Roman period to the modern day.

The office has dedicated parking and accessibility options for our clients

We hope that you will visit us regularly at our new office to discuss your financial plan and any concerns you might have. When you do visit, you can enjoy dedicated client parking spaces for the Ardent office.

The office is also accessible with a lift to the second floor, so all our clients can meet with us in person.
